This is the complete application path on the Marafie Foundation portal: create an account, finish your profile, add qualifications, income, documents and a bonafide certificate, choose a scholarship, complete the apply wizard, then track review until a decision.
You cannot submit an application from this public page. Applications are created only after you sign in as a student. The portal then runs a guided wizard that checks eligibility against your profile before you can submit.
Application flow
Flow of creating an account, adding records, applying through the wizard, and review after submit.
Add qualifications, income, documents, and a bonafide certificate from Manage in the student portal before you start the wizard. Boxes link to the matching section below.
1
Register
Name, CNIC, email, phone, and password — or continue with Google if it is enabled.
2
Verify email
Open the link sent to your inbox. Google sign-in verifies email automatically.
3
Finish your profile
Full name, CNIC, father’s name, province, and district are required before you can apply.
4
Build your records
Add qualifications, income, guardian, documents, and a bonafide certificate. The wizard checks these against the category.
5
Apply through the wizard
Category → eligibility check → semester details (if required) → review, extra files, and submit.
1
Create an applicant account
Open Register and submit the form with your legal name, CNIC (xxxxx-xxxxxxx-x), email, mobile number, and password. Accept the terms to continue. If Google login is enabled on the portal, you may use Continue with Google instead.
Use an email you can access — verification is sent there.
Use a Pakistani mobile number you can receive messages on.
One CNIC maps to one student account. Do not create a second account.

2
Verify your email
After registration you are taken to the verification notice. Open the email we send and click the signed verification link — it works even if you are not logged in, like a password reset link. You can continue to the student portal and submit forms, but verification is still required.
If the message is missing, check spam, then use Resend verification email. You can also open WhatsApp from that screen or request a WhatsApp verification link. Admins can send the same signed link to your number.

4
Build your records before you apply
After login, open Manage in the student header. Eligibility in the apply wizard reads these records. Add them first so Continue is not blocked.
Add qualifications
Go to Manage → Qualifications → Add Qualification. Enter every completed level the category may require (for example Matric, Intermediate, and current degree).
Degree level and degree program (required)
Study field when it applies
Institution name and board / university
Passing year, then percentage or CGPA
Upload the result card or transcript for that qualification

Add income and guardian
Open Manage → Income Details and save household figures used for need and PMT. Then open Manage → Guardian Info.
Income details
Father/guardian and mother monthly income (PKR)
Family members and dependents

Supporting notes or income proof if requested

Upload documents
Go to Manage → Documents → Upload Document. Pick a document type (or Custom / Other), attach a clear scan, and save. Categories often require files already on this list before eligibility can pass.

Add a bonafide certificate
Go to Manage → Bonafide Certificate → Upload. You can also attach one later on the wizard semester step if the category requires it. Saving it under Manage first is easier when you apply to more than one scholarship.
Certificate number and institution name
Issue date (expiry date optional)
Purpose, such as scholarship application

5
Choose an open scholarship
Browse Available Scholarships. Open a scholarship to read categories, deadlines, and document lists. While signed in as a student, use Apply Now to start the wizard. Guests are asked to create an account first.
You may apply to more than one scholarship if you meet each category’s rules. You cannot submit a second application for the same scholarship.

6
Complete the application wizard
The wizard is the only way to submit. Progress is shown at the top: Scholarship, Eligibility, optional Semester, then Submit. You can go back to earlier steps before you send the application.
6a. Select a category
Each scholarship has one or more categories (for example by study level or need). Pick the category that matches you. The card shows how many qualifications and documents that category expects. If only one category exists, it is selected for you.

Wizard step 1: scholarship summary and category cards.
6b. Eligibility check
The portal compares your saved records with the category rules: qualifications, documents, income, guardian, study field, degree, institution, and bonafide when required. Continue stays disabled until every required item is met. If something fails, add the missing record under Manage, then return to this step.

Wizard step 2: requirement checklist and eligibility score.
6c. Current semester (when required)
Some scholarships ask for current enrollment before submit. When that step appears, provide:
Current institution (from the category’s allowed list when one is set)
Current semester or class
CGPA or marks, as required by the scholarship
Current fee, if asked
Fee slip, latest result, and/or bonafide certificate when the category requires them (PDF, JPG, or PNG, max 5MB)

6d. Review, extra documents, and submit
Confirm scholarship, category, and eligibility score. If the semester step was skipped, enter academic figures here and upload a fee slip or result when the scholarship requires them. If PMT is required, the score is calculated from your profile. Read the terms, tick the confirmation, then click Submit Application.
Only submit if every field is accurate. False information can disqualify the application. After submit you cannot send another application for the same scholarship.

7
Track the application after submit
